Hague Prosecutor: Balkan States Cooperating Poorly on War Cases
Serge Brammertz, the chief prosecutor at the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, told a meeting of prosecutors from former Yugoslav countries about cooperation in war crime cases in Sarajevo on Wednesday that "too little has been done on regional cooperation in the past three years".
Bosnian Family Fear for Murder Victim's Missing Father
The authorities in Republika Srpska, the mainly Serbian entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, have continued to put pressure on opposition demonstrators protesting over the unsolved murder of David Dragicevic, while his father, Davor, remains missing since protesters clashed with police in Banja Luka on Sunday.
Sarajevo Embassy Attack Plotter Held in Greece
Greek police told BIRN on Monday that Bektasevic (aged 29, a Swedish citizen) and Al Hasani Amer (20, a Yemeni citizen) were arrested in the town of Alexandroupolis last Thursday during their attempt to enter Turkey on route to joining Islamic State in Syria.
