The Bulgarian Socialist Party will Not Support the Draft Budget of the Caretaker Government
The executive bureau of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) decided that the socialists would not support the draft budget submitted by the caretaker government. This was announced at a press conference by the leader of the party, Kornelia Ninova.

"BSP for Bulgaria" signed an agreement on common policies and joint participation in the upcoming elections on 11 July for the 46th National Assembly with "ABV" party and the civil political platform of Georgi Kadiev, the BSP press center announced.
Bulgarian Socialist Party to Return Cabinet-Forming Mandate on 5 May
The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will return the exploratory mandate to form a government on May 5.
The information was released by head of BSP-Sofia Kaloyan Pargov, emerging from a sitting of the BSP National Council on
Saturday.
"We made the decision to return the mandate, given the current situation and circumstances," Pargov said.
Bulgarian Socialist Party Supports President Radev for Second Presidential Term
The National Council of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) decided that the party will support President Rumen Radev for a second term run.
The decision was taken unanimously during the BSP National Council, which took place on Saturday.

Citizens and Institutions Laid Wreaths and Flowers at Memorial Tomb of Alexander I of Battenberg
Citizens and institutions have laid wreaths and flowers at the Memorial Tomb of Alexander I of Battenberg on this 6 September to mark the 134th anniversary of the reunification of Bulgaria, FOCUS News Agency reports.
Wreaths were laid by hundreds of citizens, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova, Sofia mayoral candidate Maya Manolova and MPs.
The Bulgarian Socialist Party Leaves Parliament
The BSP left parliament, the National Council of the Party decided. 74 people voted in favor, 33 against, three abstained. Leader of the left, Kornelia Ninova, has set the terms of the ruling majority, which, according to her, is GERB, MRF, United Patriots, and sometimes "Volya".

Reshuffle in the Bulgarian Socialist Party Bureau
Five MPs are leaving the Executive Bureau of the Bulgarian Socialist Party by a decision by the BSP National Council, taken at the party's plenary session today, reported BNR.
The proposal to exclude from the Bureau most of its members who are MPs was made by the leader Kornelia Ninova.

BSP Dignitaries Admit Defeat
Maya Manolova, deputy speaker of the previous Parliament, of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), admitted the party result was bad and people had punished them.
She told Nova TV she was dissatisfied with the election result of BSP.
"Obviously all of us made a mistake," she said. "It is a fact the people punished us. The results are clear."

Energy Minister Appointed Deputy Chair of Bulgarian Socialist Party
Economy and Energy Minister Dragomir Stoynev has been appointed member of the Executive Bureau of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) and Deputy Chair of the BSP National Council.
Stoynev’s nomination, backed by BSP leader Sergey Stanishev, was approved in a unanimous vote during Saturday’s plenary meeting of BSP, according to the press office of the party, as cited by Sega daily.
