Online trade in Bulgaria grew by 8.83% last year on an annual basis. In total for the last five years the annual growth of this digital segment in our country is between 21% and 35%, according to a study by the Bulgarian E-Commerce Association (BEA).

Confidence in Bulgarian online stores has increased over the past year, according to a survey by the largest hosting company, SuperHosting.BG. The number of platforms for online stores is also increasing.

The second edition of the accredited training program "E-commerce Success" for practical skills for starting, marketing and sustainable development of e-business, starts on October 26, 2019 in Sofia and on November 2, 2019 in Plovdiv.

BGN 3 billion per year are circulating in the e-commerce, and that is the statistics only for the companies with distance sales, so the amount is at least BGN 500 mln. This is estimated by experts from the branch.
