 Lack of quorum failed today's parliamentary session, reported BGNES.

The opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) starts preparation for early parliamentary elections, party leader Kornelia Ninova said on 23rd of October. According to her, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov cannot control the situation in the country, reports BNT. 

The Parliament voted down a motion of no-confidence in Prime Minister Boyko Borissov's government over its healthcare policy, Focus News Agencyreports. The motion was rejected with 133 votes against, 99 votes for and no abstentions. 

Sofia. Today, the Members of Parliament have voted to elect Krasimir Vlahov member of the Constitutional Court on Parliament's quota, Focus News Agency reports. The proposal was adopted with 127 votes in favour and 55 abstentions.

The Ukrainian Embassy in Bulgaria condemned the illegal visit of several Bulgarian politicians and journalists to the occupied Crimea to attend a Week of Bulgarian Culture held on September 7-11.

This was stated in a statement by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Bulgaria, published on its Facebook page.

Representatives of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will bring a signal to the Chief Prosecutor for the CEZ privatization inspection at 14.00 today at the Sofia Court of Justice.

 The Parliament approved the request from Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) to dismiss Valeri Zhablyanov as Deputy President of the Parliament, BNT reports. The proposal was adopted with 110 to 71 votes.

There was no vote on the proposed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) bill on the Supplementation of the Protection and Development of Culture Act, which envisaged the introduction of the so- a cultural check for young people.

Is there a disagreement with the ruling coalition? Or rather in one of its constituent parts. The leader of the Political Party ATAKA  and of the parliamentary group of the United Patriots Volen Siderov may not vote in favor of the government of the upcoming mistrust vote, submitted two days ago by the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP). The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) is putting a motion of no confidence in the government on corruption law today.

After a series of meetings with the Movement For Rights and Freedoms (DPS), it turned out that there were differences and the party would not vote with the Socialists.
