The Bulgarian Socialist Party long ago lost credibility among young, progressive, pro-Western leftists. But who else is there on the Bulgarian Left?

This was the first time that Radev, who ran successfully twice as an independent candidate supported by Bulgarian Socialist Party, BSP, has participated in the event.

Kornelia Ninova remains the leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party after the party's congress rejected her resignation in a closed discussion and a vote with 415 votes against, 164 in favor, and 20 abstentions.

Bulgarian Socialist Party leader and deputy prime minister-designate Kornelia Ninova has announced that her party will be the guarantor of social policies in the new government. She chose some of the measures that are being adopted - to have free kindergartens for all children, to have no pensioners below the poverty line, to reduce imports in favor of Bulgarian agriculture.

For the first time, all four parties to sign the coalition cabinet agreement have come together for talks. The meeting of the Coordination Council was held in the Mirror Hall of the National Assembly.

We hope to have a coalition agreement by the end of the day tomorrow, said the co-chairman of "We Continue the Change" Asen Vassilev.

The last consultations with the President for today began at 2 p.m. - with representatives of BSP for Bulgaria.

"The Bulgarian Socialist Party, the Bulgarian left, has always stood against lawlessness, dictatorship, in the interests of the vast majority of the people, not small empowered groups," President Radev said at the beginning of the meeting.

According to the Bulgarian Socialist Party, the biggest problem now is rising prices. We must show common sense and not allow a fourth crisis in the country - a political one.

This was stated by Kornelia Ninova in her address to the deputies at the first sitting of the 47th National Assembly.
