Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç and Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz have expressed strong condemnation over the approval of a report by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) that criticizes Türkiye's requests for the extradition of FETÖ members from abroad.

Venice Commission, OSCE, Criticise Bosnian Serbs ‘Foreign Agents’ Bill
The Venice Commission, the Council of Europe's constitutional law experts, and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, ODIHR, have warned that the new draft law in Bosnia's Republika Srpska entity on the "Special Registry and Publicity of the Work of Non-Profit Organisation", dubbed the "foreign agents law", "contains serious deficiencies".

The Committee of Ministers decided on Thursday that "a document setting out the possible options" for sanctions should be prepared for discussion at the committee's meeting in September.
The mandate of the EULEX mission to Kosovo has been extended
The Committee for Political and Security Affairs of the Council of the European Union made a decision to extend the mandate of the EU Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) until June 14, 2025.
The decision stated that the financial amount intended to cover EULEX costs from June 15, 2023 to June 14, 2025 will amount to more than 165 million euros.
