Prime Minister Boyko Borissov held a meeting with the coalition partners from United Patriots at the Council of Ministers, Focus News Agency has reported.

Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister Valeri Simeonov has submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. He announced his decision to withdraw from office at an extraordinary press conference at the Council of Ministers on Friday evening, 16th of November, reports BNT. 

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia Zoran Zaev arrives on a working visit to Bulgaria. Prime Minister Boyko Borisov will meet him at the Council of Ministers, reported the Bulgarian National Television. 

If we do not take steps to deal with the dirty air, it will be late and we will find a cemetery for diesel cars. This was stated by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at the beginning of the meeting of the Council of Ministers today.

The European Commission's report objectively reflects the aspirations of all institutions in the country to reform the judicial system. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva, the Minister of Justice Tsetska Tsacheva and the Interior Minister Mladen Marinov commented in the Council of Ministers on 13th of November.

The Coalition Council has decided that Bulgaria should not join the UN Global Migration Pact. According to the Council's decision, this document jeopardizes Bulgaria's national interest.

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will meet with the mayors of some Bulgarian small towns today.

The decision came after the mayors threatened to come to protest under the windows of the Council of Ministers during the weekend.

However, the Prime Minister invited them to a conversation and the demonstration was canceled.

Bulgaria's Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova discussed energy cooperation between Bulgaria and Montenegro with Ambassador Snežana Radović on 8th of November. The talks are in continuation of the talks between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, Boyko Borissov and his counterpart Duško Marković, held in September, reports BNT. 

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov talks with his Finnish counterpart, Juha Sipilä, reported NovaTV. 

The two spoke at Helsinki's government residence Kesäranta. The focus of the meeting was on the European perspective of the countries of the Western Balkans, security and border control, education, energy and tourism, the press center of the Council of Ministers announced.

Ministers will nominate a new composition of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria to the European Union in Brussels.
