Bosnia Upholds Verdict Acquitting Ex-Fighters of Serbs’ Killings

The Bosnian state court said on Thursday that a prosecution appeal against the verdict acquitting former fighters Edhem Godinjak, Medaris Saric and Mirko Bunoza, who had been accused of war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war, has been rejected as "unfounded".

Bosnia Rejects Camp Guard’s Challenge to Prisoner Abuse Verdict

The Constitutional Court in Sarajevo has rejected wartime Croatian Defence Forces member Tonco Rajic's claim that he did not get a fair trial when he was convicted of committing a war crime at the Bosnian Croat-run Dretelj detention camp near Capljina during the war in August 1992.

Rajic was found guilty of mistreating a civilian who was unlawfully detained at the camp.

A photograph that was circulated on social media of a group of Dinamo Zagreb fans holding lighted flares and a banner with an obscene anti-Serb slogan has provoked outrage.
