Bulgaria has joined NATO's Ammunition Stockpiling Initiative
Bulgaria joined the Multinational Ammunition Stockpiling Initiative today.
The news was announced by NATO Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoană.
This happened at a ceremony during the two-day meeting in Brussels of the ministers of defense from the member countries of the pact. On the Bulgarian side, the document was signed by Todor Tagarev.
16 PKK terrorists ‘neutralized’ in N Syria
Security forces have "neutralized" 16 PKK terrorists in northern Syria, the Defense Ministry said on June 15.
"Our Turkish Armed Forces have neutralized an additional 16 terrorists, targeting the terrorist nests in the Tel Rifaat and Manbij regions. Mehmetçik [Turkish soldiers] continues to destroy the terror dens," the ministry said in a social media statement.

41 PKK terrorists ‘neutralized’ in N Syria
Security forces have "neutralized" 41 PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Syria, the Defense Ministry said on June 14.
"Our heroic Turkish Armed Forces have neutralized an additional 41 terrorists, targeting the terrorist nests in the Tel Rifaat and Manbij regions. We will continue to bury these terrorists in the very pits they have dug," the ministry said in a post on social media.

12 terrorists ‘neutralized’ after PKK attack on border
The Turkish Army "neutralized" 12 terrorists after PKK/YPG terrorists in Syria carried out a rocket attack on the Öncüpınar Border Gate area in the Turkish province of Kilis, the Defense Ministry has stated.
No casualties were reported, while a fire broke out in an empty field where five rockets fell in the southern province of Kilis.
Children lost for 40 days in Colombian Amazon found alive
Four Indigenous children who had been missing for more than a month in the Colombian Amazon rainforest were found alive and flown to the capital Bogota early Saturday.
The children, who survived a small plane crash in the jungle, were transported by army medical plane to a military airport at around 00:30 am Saturday (0530 GMT).
