Road conditions not behind recent traffic accidents: Minister
Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu has said that the two separate road accidents on Aug. 20 that killed at least 35 people and injured dozens were not caused by road defects, stating that investigations are ongoing.

Harlem Globetrotters to stage shows in Istanbul
World famous American exhibition basketball team Harlem Globetrotters will stage shows in Istanbul's Ülker Arena Hall on Oct. 22 and 23, Demirören News Agency has reported.
"The magicians of the hoop will stage two shows," the agency highlighted.
Many online ticket sites have announced the shows, but the tickets have not been on sale yet.

‘Process over canceled public exam to run transparently’

Over 5,000 injured while sacrificing animals

Bear kills man, goes succumbed to death
In an incident that was first of its kind, a bear that killed a man in the eastern province of Erzurum, died later due to gunshot wounds, the Demirören News Agency has reported.
Fatih İlhan, a 44-year-old father of five, took his goats to grass in a rural region in the province's Olur district on June 29.

Türkiye’s spy agency captures Greek citizen on espionage suspicion
Türkiye's national intelligence organisation caught a Greek citizen on suspicion of espionage activities on behalf of Athens, Demirören News Agency reported on June 25.
Mohamed Amar Ampara, who was captured in Türkiye, was being interrogated by the spy agency, the agency reported.
