Super League rules derby has to resume from the 70th minute
In a shock decision by the Super League on Friday, the derby between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos that was abandoned last Sunday will resume from the point when it was stopped, i.e. the 70th minute.
FIFA Fines Serbia for Fans' World Cup Antics
Football's global governing body fined Serbia's Football Federation around 8,500 euros because Serbian fans behaved offensively during Sunday's match with Costa Rica, which Serbia won 1-0.
FIFA announced its decision on Wednesday evening. Serbia's Football Federation did not comment on the penalty by the time of publication.

Long-overdue decision deducts points from PAOK, slaps three-year ban on Savvidis
After a long delay the Disciplinary Committee of the Super League decided on Thursday to issue its verdict on the abandoned game between PAOK and AEK, slapping PAOK with point deductions, stadium ban, fines and suspensions to top PAOK officials.
Cristiano Ronaldo Received a Ban for Five Matches
Cristiano Ronaldo has been penalized for 5 games for his actions in the Spanish Super Cup game in which Real (M) won 3:1 against Barcelona as guest of Camp Nou in the first leg. The Portuguese was sent off after receiving two yellow cards. The first was because he stripped for his goal for 2-1 in the 80th minute.

Suarez banned for nine matches and four months all football activity over biting: FIFA
Uruguay striker Luis Suarez was banned for nine matches by FIFA on Thursday after being found guilty of biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini.
Suarez was also suspended from any football-related activity for four months and fined 100,000 Swiss francs ($111,000).
