Putin vows 'harsh' punishment for meddling in Russia vote
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday promised "harsh" punishment for foreign interference in next year's election, where he will seek to extend his decades-long grip on power into the 2030s.

Newsweek reported the writing of the Russian channel "I can explain" on Telegram, which states that local authorities hide the addresses of air raid shelters from the public and fix them only for government officials and members of the ruling party of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine started today in the Gomel region, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed.
The delegations were welcomed by Vladimir Makei, head of the administration of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
"You can feel completely safe. It is our sacred duty!" Makei said, Ukrainian paper Justice reports.
