'Aquarium of Saros' draws diving enthusiasts
The Port of İbrice, called the "aquarium" of the Gulf of Saros in northwestern Turkey, welcomes local and foreign diving enthusiasts.
Diver candidates, accompanied by instructors, dive into artificial reefs where the Dardanelles battles were revived and the area where the Airbus A330 passenger plane was located.

Opposition HDP launches march under tight security
Turkey's opposition Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) on June 15 started the "March for Democracy against Coup" in the northwestern province of Edirne and the southeastern province of Hakkari.
The march, which aimed to end in the capital Ankara on June 20, has faced restrictions including bans on entry and exit to some provinces due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

500-year-old Bible found in northwestern Turkey
Two bibles believed to be 500 years old have been found in a police operation in the northwestern province of Edirne, the local governor's office has said.
An anti-smuggling team seized the two bibles in a shoebox in a car driving towards the Greek border in the district of Uzunköprü, the Edirne Governor's Office said.

Migrants in Turkey have been denied access to provinces which are not listed on their identity cards, according to a notice issued by the Interior Ministry.
