Accessing online content when you're abroad
New rules allowing European Union citizens with subscriptions for online music, games, movies and TV shows to access that content while staying temporarily in another EU country were informally agreed by the European Parliament and European Council negotiators on Tuesday.

Bulgaria's President Radev Meets Merkel

Slovenia's PM: There Is New Migrant Route
Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar has warned that there is a new route for illegal migrants who want to reach Europe.
"There is a new migrant route through the peninsula of Istria in the Adriatic Sea," said Cerar during an informal meeting of the European Council which was held in Malta.

EU Abolishes Visas for Georgian Citizens
The European Parliament has approved the abolition of the visa regime for Georgian citizens.
According to the new legislation, adopted by Euro MPs on Thursday, Georgian citizens will be able to enter the Schengen area without a visa for a brief period of time.

U.S. President Donald Trump's administration has joined Russia, China and radical Islam as one of the threats to Europe, according to Donald Tusk.
Tusk, who is president of the European Council, made these statements "in a letter to national leaders before a summit that he will chair on Friday to prepare EU's future after Britain leaves," Reuters reported on Tuesday.

Political Turmoil Imperils Bulgaria's 2018 EU Presidency
"The Bulgarian EU presidency is a way to attract attention to the [Balkan] region," Meglena Kuneva, Bulgaria's deputy prime minister in charge of European policies said on Tuesday as she presented the logo for the country's six-month presidency of the European Council, which will start on January 1, 2018.
