Parents of bully victim Vangelis Giakoumakis, who committed suicide after being hazed by students of the Dairy School of Ioannina, have decided to start legal action against the education facility’s administration. They were outraged by the school’s decision to “punish” students who were responsible for their son’s torture by simply reprimanding the students responsible.
