The Foreign Ministry has condemned a synagogue shooting attack Friday on the outskirts of Jerusalem, noting that the incident occurred on International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

"Greece condemns unequivocally today's horrific attack on a synagogue in Neve Ya'akov," the Foreign Ministry said on Friday in a tweet.

Turkey's Foreign Ministry summoned Denmark's ambassador on Friday over authorities' permission of a protest in Copenhagen scheduled for Friday, ministry sources said.
