Turkey has condemned a terrorist attack in the Qatif region of Saudi Arabia carried out on July 31, reiterating its solidarity with the kingdom in the fight against terrorism.

U.S. President Donald Trump will sign legislation that imposes sanctions on Russia, the White House said on Friday, after Moscow ordered the United States to cut hundreds of diplomatic staff in retaliation for the measures and said it was seizing two U.S. diplomatic properties, Reuters reports.

Sister of the Family Minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, Ayşe Sayan, will be appointed as Turkey's ambassador to Kuwait according to a new degree of the Foreign Ministry. 

Ayşe Sayan was formed deputy undersecretary of the family ministry, yet she resigned after her sister was assigned is the minister.
