Some 77,000 Bulgarian Voters Cast Ballots Abroad by 7 pm Sofia Time
A total of 77,059 voters have cast ballots in polling stations abroad in Bulgaria's early parliamentary elections by 7 pm Sofia time on Sunday.
Nearly half of them, 38 766, voted in Turkey, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Bus carrying 25 Romanian passengers capsizes in Bulgaria leaving one dead
A bus carrying 25 Romanian passengers aboard returning to Romanian from Kusadasi, Turkey, on Sunday capsized at the Republika Pass, Bulgaria, between Gurkovo and Veliko Tarnovo. First reports by Romania's Interior Ministry (MAI) mention that one passenger died and five were seriously injured.
Bulgaria Calls on Russia to Free Estonian Official
Caretaker Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov has said he is seriously concerned with the abduction of Estonian police official Eston Kohver on September 5, 2014.
In a statement, he has called the incident "a violation of international law on behalf of the Russian Federation".
The Foreign Ministry is calling on Russia to immediately release Kohver and secure his return to Estonia.

Dacic-Deniau: Political dialogue improved
BELGRADE - Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic met outgoing French Ambassador Francois-Xavier Deniau on Friday and the two agreed that the dialogue between the two countries had improved.
Serbia and France are linked by a tradition of friendship, and their relations are intensive, they said.
