SCMP - A Russian national with alleged ties to a top Russian official was charged in federal court in Washington on Monday with conspiracy to act as an agent of the Russian Federation, and was ordered held without bond.

Representatives of the governments of Serbia and Russia signed in Moscow, on Tuesday a series of agreements on cooperation in various fields.

The Serbian government announced this, adding that the agreements were signed after the talks between two state delegations led by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
