PM’s Chief of Staff, EYP spy chief resign after revelations about hacking of PASOK leader’s phone
Ten days after PASOK-KINAL leader Nikos Androulakis filed suit in the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) over the hacking of his telephone, after Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' Chief of Staff, Grigoris Dimitriadis, and the chief of the country's EYP intelligence agency, Panagiotis Kontoleon, tendered their resignations.

The epidemiological situation continues to deteriorate in most Balkan countries, forcing some of them to introduce stricter local restrictive measures. At the same time, efforts by the authorities to stimulate vaccination continue, with a third dose of the vaccine already being offered in some countries.
