Competition watchdog raids 10 tech companies for possible bid rigging

Teams of Greece's competition authority conducted unannounced inspections in the offices of a large number of IT and related service providers, including the country's three telecommunications service providers, on Wednesday, as part of an investigation into possible bid rigging. 

Hellenic Competition Commission approves Kotsovolos sale to PPC

The Hellenic Competition Commission approved the sale of electronics and appliance chain Kotsovolos to the Public Power Corporation (PPC), it said on Wednesday.

In a statement, the Commission said that it unanimously approved the 100% acquisition by PPC of Dixons South-East Europe (Dixons).

Ellaktor reveals talks with pair of companies over possible sale of construction subsidiary Aktor

The Ellaktor infrastructure group, one of the largest in Greece and southeast Europe, on Monday confirmed an ot.gr report and announced that exclusive negotiations are underway with a pair of local companies for the sale of its subsidiary, major construction contractor Aktor.

The companies identified are Wade Adams Hellas SMSA and Adamas Group Ltd.
