Vegan whipped cream recalled over fears it may contain milk

A vegan whipped cream spray has been recalled from the market over fears that it may contain milk.

The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) said it had ordered the recall of the Schlagfix brand of "Schlagcreme vegan spray topping" because, while the Greek label describes the product as "lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free," the original English label states "may contain traces of milk."

Recall warning issued for brand of ‘jelly straws’

The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) has urged consumers not to consume a brand of "jelly straw" due to the presence of additives that it says can lead to choking.

Through the EU-sponsored Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF), EFET called for the recall of "Speshow Assorted Jelly Straws," which are distributed by a Dutch company, Beagley Copperman BV.
