Croatia's message to Serbia: We will not allow this

"Croatia does not accept that the Serbian prosecutor's office raises indictments against non-Serb citizens living on the territory outside of Serbia," said Andrej Plenkovic last night, as Hina reported.
He expressed an opinion that "Serbia, which was an aggressor on Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, now acts as "prosecutor's office or court" and said that "it will not pass".

Dijana Hrkalović's appeal rejected

Criminal extra-trial Chamber of the Special Department of the High Court in Belgrade rejected the appeal of the defense attorneys of the former State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior, Dijana Hrkalovi.
Her defense attorneys appealed for the pre-trial judge's decision to be changed and for her detention to be lifted, so that she could be released pending trial.

Warning issued "due to risk of arrest and prosecution in Serbia"

Prelic sentenced to 12 years in prison in Taton murder case

BELGRADE - The High Court in Belgrade on Wednesday sentenced Partizan supporter Djordje Prelic to 12 years in prison for the 2009 killing of French football fan Brice Taton in downtown Belgrade.

Originally, Prelic had been given 15 years in prison in absentia but was granted a retrial following extradition from Spain in 2014 after being on the run for years.
