LONDON - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met with British Minister of Foreign Affairs Philip Hammond in London on Wednesday, who congratulated him on successful implementation of economic reforms and progress in meeting the European standards.

Vucic, Hague discuss economic situation in Serbia and region
LONDON - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met in London with House of Commons Leader William Hague to discuss the political and economic situation in Serbia and the region and economic reforms carried out by the Serbian government.
"I want to use the economy as a nexus for regional connections," said Vucic.
British MPs Pass Non-Binding Vote To Recognize Palestine
British lawmakers overwhelmingly passed a nonbinding resolution in favor of a Palestinian state Monday night.
The vote was symbolic and will not alter the government's stance on the issue.
