Strong Earthquake Rocks Central Greece
An earthquake was registered in central Greece today around 12 p.m. The epicenter of the quake was near the town of Larissa.
The Institute of Geophysics told BNR that the epicenter was at a depth of 10 km. The tremor was felt in many places in Bulgaria, including Kardzhali, Plovdiv and in Sofia highrise buildings.
There were no reports of casualties or damage.

Volcano in Peru Erupted Three Times for a Day
The most active volcano in Peru - Ubinas, erupted three times for a day. This happened yesterday, Wednesday, Sep 4. According to the local Institute of Geophysics, cited by AFP, the explosion produced an ash column that reached a height of about 2,500 meters above the top of the massif.

A Weak Earthquake was Registered in Sofia
Earthquake at 2.1 on the Richter scale and epicenter in Sofia was registered at about 21:50 last night, BNT reported.
According to the Institute of Geophysics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the epicenter is in the South Park area, near Gotse Delchev district.
