Turkey submits new extradition request from Greece for 8 military defectors
Turkey will submit a request for the extradition of the 8 military officers who defected to Greece after the failed coup attempt in Turkey anew, following the ruling by the Greek Supreme Court on Thursday that they would not be extradited. The 8 men were charged with with participating in a plot to overthrow the Erdogan government.
"Interpol issued notices for 22 persons from Kosovo"
21 persons from Kosovo beside Ramush Haradinaj are on Interpol notices based on Serbian arrest warrants, RTK said late on Wednesday.
French Court Orders Release of Ramush Haradinaj
BELGRADE - A French court ordered to release Ramush Haradinaj, a former Kosovo guerrilla commander and prime minister, arrested last week at the request of Serbia.
The court in the city of Colmar ruled on January 12 that Haradinaj can remain under judicial supervision on bail while his case is being considered.
Haradinaj has no permission to leave France.

Karic returns to Serbia after 11 years
BELGRADE - Businessman Bogoljub Karic on Friday returned to Serbia following 11 years of absence from the country, after all investigations against him had been halted and an Interpol arrest warrant withdrawn three days ago.

Ristic is featured in an Interpol notice based on a warrant for his arrest issued by Montenegro.
Belgium seeks 30 years in prison for DHKP-C member over crimes committed in Turkey
A Belgian prosecutor on Dec. 5 sought a 30-year jail term in absentia for an outlawed Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front (DHKP-C) member being tried for crimes committed in Turkey and for being an accomplice in the 1996 assassination of the former head of Sabancı Holding, one of Turkey's top family-owned industrial conglomerates.
