Uncertainty hangs over Russia's account of plane crash

Questions remained Thursday over the military plane crash that Russia said had killed dozens of captured Ukrainian soldiers ahead of a planned prisoner exchange, with Moscow and Kiev trading accusations at the U.N. Security Council.

Russia's Investigative Committee has confirmed Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin was killed in a plane crash.

The committee said in a statement Sunday that after forensic testing, all 10 bodies recovered at the site of the crash were identified, and their identities "conform to the manifest."

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, called the explosion of the Crimean bridge a terrorist attack, the perpetrators, guarantors and executors of which are the Ukrainian special services. The chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, added that Russian citizens and foreign countries were involved in the organization of the attack.

Russia Blames Ukraine for the Murder of Darya Dugina

Russian services blamed Ukraine for the murder of Darya Dugina, the Russian news agency Interfax reported.

According to Russia's Federal Security Service, "the crime was prepared and carried out by the Ukrainian special services."

The FSB revealed the murder of Russian journalist Darya Dugina, the Federal Security Service said in a statement.
