Palestinian woman shot by Israeli troops dies
A Palestinian woman who was shot by Israeli troops on Sept. 22 has succumbed to her injuries, the Palestinian Ma'an news agency has reported.
An Israeli military spokesperson said the woman had been shot at an army checkpoint in the West Bank city of Hebron after trying to stab an Israeli soldier.
The Isarel military said forces opened fire and "identified a hit."

Five Palestinians, Israeli policeman wounded in West Bank raid
Five Palestinians and an Israeli border policeman were wounded in a raid in the occupied West Bank to arrest a Hamas militant, the Israeli army and local medical officials said on Sept 1.
The fate of the wanted man was not immediately clear. The army said soldiers demolished a house, in the city of Jenin, in which he was suspected of hiding, after they were shot at.
Clashes erupt during Israeli raid in West Bank
Clashes erupted during an overnight Israeli raid to arrest an alleged Hamas member at a refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, leaving a border policeman and five Palestinians wounded, officials said on Sep.1.
The clashes that included gunfire lasted for hours at the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank and were among the most violent to occur there in recent years.

Hunger-striking Palestinian prisoner in coma: Lawyer
A Palestinian held by Israel without trial has slipped into a coma after a nearly two-month hunger strike, his lawyer said on August 14.
"I was informed yesterday evening by the (Israeli) hospital where he is being held that he had fallen into a coma," Jamil al-Khatib, the attorney of detainee Mohammed Allan, told AFP.

Anti-Hamas jihadists vow to fire rockets at Israelis
Jihadists in the Gaza Strip have threatened to fire rockets at Israel in response to a Hamas crackdown on extremists in the Palestinian territory.
