Ankara extends condolences over deadly stampede in Israel
Turkey has extended condolences to the Israeli government and people over the deadly stampede in northern Israel.
"We have received the news with sadness that many people lost their lives as a result of a stampede during a religious festival ceremony on Mount Meron in northern Israel," read a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on April 30.
Turkey calls on Israel to allow Palestine to hold elections in East Jerusalem
Turkey has called on Israel to allow the Palestinians to vote in the upcoming parliamentary elections in East Jerusalem after Palestine's President Mahmoud Abbas decided to postpone the elections scheduled for May 22 following Israel's rejection of their request.

Iran says scientist was killed in 'new, complex' operation: Top official
A top Iranian official on Nov. 30 said nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was killed in a new type of "complex operation", blaming arch-foe Israel and an exiled opposition group.
The "operation was very complex, using electronic equipment and no one was present at the scene," the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Rear-Admiral Ali Shamkhani said.
Dendias visits Israel on Thursday
Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will visit Israel on Thursday discuss developments in the East Mediterranean in meetings with the prime minister and his Israeli counterpart.
Dendias is expected to focus on Turkey's activities in the region, as well as Greek-Israeli collaboration.

Bluebird to resume Israel flights in July
Greek carrier Bluebird Airways has declared it is ready to resume Greece's air link with Israel from early July, if authorities allow it. It intends to link its Iraklio hub, as well as Rhodes, Kos, Mykonos and Thessaloniki, with Tel Aviv, in the context of a bilateral state agreement currently being prepared between the two countries.
