EUR 6.65 million for Adriatic region water supply project
BELGRADE - The countries of the Adriatic region are preparing a protocol for eliminating potential problems concerning shared water supply systems and groundwater resources, and the budget for the project amounts to EUR 6.65 million.
Water management requires EUR 1 bln a year
BELGRADE - Serbia's annual investments in the development and maintenance of the water management system total around EUR 150 million, while EUR 1 billion is required to reach the quality and standard of other European countries, said Milan Dimkic, head of the Belgrade-based Jaroslav Cerni Institute for the Development of Water Resources (JCI) on Wednesday.
