Russia suspends role inspecting grain ships in Istanbul: JCC
Russia has suspended its participation in the inspection of cargo ships carrying Ukrainian grain, the Joint Coordination Center, the body overseeing the deal, said late on Oct. 30
The announcement came a day after Russia suspended its participation in a landmark agreement that allowed vital grain exports to resume.

Erdoğan, Putin to meet on sidelines of summit in Uzbekistan
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sept. 16 on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
Erdoğan departed for Uzbekistan on Sept. 15 to attend the eight-nation security group with Türkiye's status of "dialogue partner."
Erdoğan due to attend two summits
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is expected to attend a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Samarkand on Sept. 15-16, and later visit New York for the U.N. General Assembly slated to take place between Sept. 17 and 22.
Erdoğan will also have a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the SCO summit.

The Bosphorus is closed because a cargo ship with Ukrainian grain got stuck
The Bosphorus Strait is closed to vessels in both directions because of a stuck cargo ship carrying grain from Ukraine to Italy. This was announced by the Turkish Coast Guard Directorate.
Grain export deal allowed 122 ships to set sail in month
The Joint Coordination Center (JJC) established in Istanbul to oversee Ukrainian grain exports has allowed 122 ships to move from and to Ukraine for grain shipment since Aug. 1.
Three more ships with grain leave Ukraine: Ankara
Three more ships have left Ukrainian ports under the Istanbul grain export deal, the Turkish National Defense Ministry said on Aug. 27.
Shipments from Ukrainian ports are continuing, said ministry a statement, adding: "Three more ships loaded with grain departed from Ukrainian ports this morning."

Another grain ship leaves Ukraine: Ankara
Another grain ship has left the Ukrainian port of Chernomorsk under the Istanbul grain export deal, the Turkish Defense Ministry said on Aug. 23.
It was also noted in the statement that three ships coming from Ukraine and three ships going to Ukraine will be inspected while entering and exiting the Bosphorus Strait on Aug. 23.

Two more grain ships leave Ukraine: Türkiye
Two more ships have left Ukrainian ports under the Istanbul grain export deal, the Turkish National Defense Ministry said on Aug. 22.
"The shipment of grain at Ukrainian ports continues as planned under the control of the Joint Coordination Center," the ministry said in its statement.
