Williamson to present report on Tuesday, indictment in 2015

BRUSSELS - Clint Williamson, chief prosecutor and head of the EU special investigation team for human organ trafficking during the clashes in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) in 1999, will release his report on July 28 and the indictments will be raised after the constitution of the special court due in early 2015, Tanjug learnt from diplomatic sources in Brussels.

Drecun: All crimes against Serbs must be prosecuted

BELGRADE - Chairman of the Serbian parliament's Committee on Kosovo- Metohija (KiM) Milovan Drecun said Wednesday that all those who had committed crimes against Serbs in the territory of former Yugoslavia, including Kosovo-Metohija (KiM), need to be prosecuted for the purpose of reconciliation in the Western Balkans.

Grave Fails to Yield Victims of Mass Killing in Kosovo

An exhumation of a grave in Rezalle, which closed on Thursday after three days of work, found “only a few human remains”, Arsim Gerxhaliu, head of the justice ministry’s forensics department, told BIRN.

The remains of the 42 Kosovo Albanians allegedly killed by Serbian forces during an attack on the village on April 5, 1999 have yet to be found.
