Stoltenberg: No Kosovo army without minorities' consent
BRUSSELS/BELGRADE - The Kosovo Security Force will not be transformed into a Kosovo army without consent of the representatives of ethnic minorities in Kosovo, says NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
It is very important that the transformation be carried out pursuant to all rules and the constitution, Stoltenberg told Belgrade's Blic daily.
