Kurti: Kosovo to form army in partnership with Albania and Croatia

Alibin Kurti, a candidate for Kosovo prime minister, claims that a new government in Pristina will form an army "in partnership with Albania and Croatia".

"Previous initiatives to form the army have hit an international wall," Kurti said during a debate on Thursday evening broadcast by the Klan Kosova TV, the KoSSev website reported.

Former "Kosovo Liberation Army" (KLA) leader Ramush Haradinaj threatened Serbia again, adding that if Washington does not return to the Balkans, "they will end the deal" between Belgrade and Pristina.

Nationwide, the SPLC identified 917 hate groups last year, an increase on 892 in 2015. The number of anti-Muslim groups in particular has risen steeply, almost tripling from 34 in 2015 to 101 in 2016.
