The memorial service in honor of Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov started at 10 am Moscow time Tuesday.
Nemtsov was shot on February 27 in front of his girlfriend in the Russian capital, raising suspicions on ordered murder and the participation of the current Putin cabinet.

Moscow funeral for slain Kremlin critic Nemtsov
Mourners for slain Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov prepared to gather for his funeral in Moscow on March 3, as Polish and Latvian officials said they had been barred from entering Russia on the eve of the ceremony in retaliation for EU sanctions over Ukraine.

Nigel Farage's EU Parliament Group Dissolved
The group of Britain's UK Independence Party (UKIP) within the European Parliament collapsed after losing a Latvian MEP who withdrew on Thursday.
Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy (EFDD) was the brainchild of UKIP, the anti-immigrant, anti-EU party co-founded and currently led by the controversial Nigel Farage, and Italian comedian Beppe Grillo's Five Star Movement.

European Parliament Mulls Putting Right Sector on Terrorism List
Latvian MEP Tatjana Zdanoka urged her colleagues to support her motion to put the Ukrainian radical group Right Sector on the terrorist organizations list, reports ITAR-TASS.
If the proposal is approved, the assets of Right Sector and its leaders will be frozen and its members will not be let into EU countries.
