NGOs win the day in legal battle over Bucharest's mini-Versailles Gardens
The Bucharest Tribunal has suspended the building permit issued by Bucharest general mayor, Gabriela Firea, for the construction of a four-storey compound on the green space at 45 Kiseleff Blvd., an area known as the Bucharest "Versailles Gardens", independent deputy Nicusor Dan, who is also running for city mayor, announced on Friday.
16 Killed in Train Crash in Bangladesh
Two high-speed trains collided in eastern Bangladesh, killing at least 16 people and injuring 58 people, authorities said.
Local Police Chief said the collision occurred on Tuesday morning when the Uday Express and Turn Nishita trains were approaching the same track, going from opposite directions.

Body found in Kastoria Lake
A fire department crew recovered the body of a man that was seen floating in Kastoria Lake in northern Greece on Tuesday.
Authorities said the man, who was elderly but has yet to be identified, was found three meters from the shore.
Local police have launched an investigation.

A Migrant Camp in Greece Was Evacuated duet to a Fire
A large fire broke out in a migrant-populated camp on the Greek island of Samos. Authorities have begun evacuating its occupants, according to BGNES.
There was a conflict between Afghans and Syrians living in the camp, with three people injured. Local police say there have been no injuries since the tension.
End of the road for driving test cheat
A man was caught cheating Friday during the written exam to obtain a driver's license using digital gadgets, authorities in eastern Attica said Friday.
More specifically, the candidate driver used a watch equipped with a camera and a listening device to receive help from friends outside the exam room.
Local police detained the cheating candidate for questioning.

Seaside Restaurant Floor Collapses, 29 People Injured
CHON BURI: Twenty-nine factory workers from Buri Ram province were injured when a seaside restaurant floor collapsed into the sea at Bang Saray beach in Sattahip district on Friday. Local police were informed of the incident about 12.30pm. They said the injured were among a group of about 200 employees of Buriram Sugar Plc on a field trip.
EFJ and IFJ concerned by disappearance of Serbian journalist
Cvetkovic has been reported missing on the night between 13 and 14 of June 2018 in the Vojvodina town of Bela Crkva. Local police confirmed that journalists car was found parked with doors open and light on. Witnesses confirmed that his wristwatch was found with the bracelet broken next to it, and mobile phones switched off.
