Djuric: Gov't to discuss Pristina's new conditions Thursday

LONDON - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Marko Djuric said Wednesday he had briefed PM Aleksandar Vucic on Pristina's new conditions for a resumption of the dialogue, announcing that the Serbian government would hold a session Thursday to take a position on the crucial issue.

Hüseyin Müftüoğlu appointed as new Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesperson

Ambassador Hüseyin Müftüoğlu has been appointed as the new spokesperson of Turkey's Foreign Ministry, from his current position as chairman of the South-Eastern Europe Defense Ministerial - Coordination Committee (SEDM-CC).

Müftüoğlu replaced Tanju Bilgiç, who has been appointed as Turkey's new ambassador to Belgrade. 

Britain Suspends Foreign Professors From Brexit Project

The British government has requested that foreign professors be suspended from participation in the Brexit project assigned to the London School of Economics, announced a speaker of the university.

Professors and researchers from the school advise the British Economy Minister on possible scenarios after the British voted to leave the EU in a referendum on June 23.

Saudi Arabia cuts ties with Iran

Saudi Arabia has announced it is severing diplomatic ties with Iran after Saturday’s attack on its embassy in Tehran during protests against executions in the kingdom.

Iranian diplomatic mission was asked to leave the kingdom within 48 hours as Saudis evacuate embassy staff from Tehran, according to Al Jazeera.
