Final outcome: "Border with Greece open only to EU citizens"
The opening of the border came an hour after it was officially announced that it would be opened, and EU citizens who want to enter Bulgaria must first fill in a questionnaire stating their full name and place where they are traveling, BTA reports.

Decided: Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia Will Celebrate St. St. Cyril and Methodius Together
The Macedonian government decided to celebrate the celebration of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, St. Kliment Ohridski, St. Naum and Tsar Samuil. This happened during the government meeting, headed personally by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
Institutions in Northern Macedonia Are Changing Their Names Today
The Macedonian government has decided to oblige all institutions to change their public names in the name of the state, in line with amendments to the Constitution, the Constitutional Law on the Implementation of Amendments and the Law on the Use of Languages, reported the Bulgarian National Television.
Macedonia Awaits Greek Vote to Activate Name Change
The Greek parliament is expected to be the first of any NATO member state to ratify Macedonia's NATO accession protocol on Friday, at a plenary session that is expected to end in a positive vote.
The accession protocol for soon-to-be North Macedonia is expected to be backed by much the same number of MPs that approved the historic "name" deal with Macedonia in January.

A statement from the Macedonian government quoted Zaev as saying the aforementioned in a discussion with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, with whom he met on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum as well as EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
