Sreten Jocic "sues state for illegal detention"
Sreten Jocic, aka Joca Amsterdam, has sued the state for illegal detention and is seeking damages of RSD 60 million (some EUR 490,000), daily Politika writes.
However, the Ministry of Justice told Tanjug on Thursday that Jocic wants to reach a settlement, and that he may sue only if no decision is made within three months, or if he is dissatisfied with the compensation offered.
