Montenegro Prime Minister Reshuffles Cabinet
Djukanovic on Monday presented the five new ministers to the leaderhip of his ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS after months of speculation about changes within the government.
It is expected that parliament will vote on the new Education, Culture, Health, Justice and Labour ministers at its session scheduled for Tuesday.

Exhibition on Wehrmacht crimes in Serbia opens
BELGRADE - An exhibition on crimes committed by the Wehrmacht in Serbia during World War II has opened at Dom Vojske Srbije in Belgrade.
The author of the exhibition, which includes photos and documents related to the crimes committed by Wehrmacht troops against Jews, Serbs and Roma in Serbia, is Miroljub Filipovic.

Romania Mulls Ways Help Nation's Poorest
Romania's centre-left government is mulling a new anti-poverty strategy aimed at lifting 400,000 of the worst-off citizens out of poverty.
About 22.6 per cent of Romanians live in poverty as a result of low income and most of those in poverty have been so for years, the draft National Poverty Reduction Strategy says.
