The Sofia Appellate Court refused to alleviate the remand measure of house arrest of Oktay Enimehmedov, the man who attacked the honorary lifetime Chairman of DPS Ahmed Dogan.
On January 19, 2013, Enimehmedov pointed a gun at Ahmed Dogan while he was delivering his resignation speech at a party conference.
