Weather Forecast: Maximum Temperatures between 13C and 18C

Today, the clouds will start to break from the north and will clear to some sunny spells in the afternoon across most of the country.

In the Danubian Plain and in the eastern areas, moderate east-northeast will continue blow. Maximum temperatures will range between 13C and 18C, slightly lower along the Black Sea coast.

Weather Forecast: Mostly Cloudy

It will remain mostly cloudy today, with scattered rain in southwestern Bulgaria. Occasional cloud breaks will occur mainly over the northeast areas. Light to moderate winds from the east-northeast will continue to blow. Daytime temperatures will rise slightly, with highs reaching 9C to 14C.

Weather Forecast: Mostly Cloudy with Rain in the West

It will be mostly cloudy today, with rain in the western part of the country. Around noon and in the afternoon, isolated thunderstorms possible in western Bulgaria, where the wind will start blowing from the west-northwest. In eastern Bulgaria, light to moderate south-southwest winds will continue. Daytime temperatures will drop to maximums mostly between 14C and 19C, in Sofia around 15C.

NIMH: Maximum Temperatures between 8C and 13C, Rain in the Evening

Today, the clouds will continue to increase from the west. It will start raining around noon in western Bulgaria, in the afternoon and evening hours the rain will turn to snow in the mountainous areas and the Pre-Balkans. Light to moderate winds will begin to blow from the northwest in the afternoon and will increase, bringing temperatures further down.

Weather Forecast: Windy but Warm for the Season

A cold front will pass through the country today. It will be windy before noon in northern Bulgaria, in the afternoon also in the south, with strong to stormy northwestern winds, gusts up to 25 m/s in some places. The cloudiness will be variable, but no precipitation is expected. Maximum temperatures mostly between 12C and 17C.
