Top court to discuss Androulakis’ challenge of wiretapping regulation on Friday
Greece's Council of State will discuss on Friday a petition by PASOK-Movement for Change (KINAL) leader Nikos Androulakis requesting that a government regulation forbidding the independent authority responsible for privacy, ADAE, from informing those who have been previously monitored by the National Intelligence Service to be declared unconstitutional.

Mitsotakis: Coalition gov’t involving PASOK would be ‘unstable’
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has reiterated his belief that a coalition government, such as one involving socialist PASOK, would be "an unstable government that would not serve Greece's interests."
"What I am interested in is a clean victory," he added, referring to the May 21 national elections, in an interview on ANT1 TV.
Privacy watchdog to approve report on EYP
The plenary of the Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy (ADAE) is expected to meet on Wednesday to approve the report of the team that conducted the audit of the National Intelligence Service (EYP) on the wiretapping case.

Police arrest two alleged terror plotters
The Hellenic Police said Tuesday that in a coordinated operation with the country's National Intelligence Service (EYP), they had "dismantled a terrorist network that, guided from abroad, was planning attacks against carefully selected targets within Greece."
