New Party (NS)

The Democratic Party (DS) is in coalition with the New Party (NS) for the city ballot. All three parties are in opposition at the state level.

Tadic, a former DS leader and Serbia's former president, explained that the SDS decision "stems from another decision - to move towards a reunification of the DS."

He urged former DS leaders to "sit down" after the elections.

A coalition agreement has been signed at the Democratic Party (DS) headquarters, forming an alliance for early parliamentary elections, led by the DS.

This election list will include the DS, New Party (NS), Together for Serbia, Together for Sumadija, the Movement for Krajina, and the Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina.

New Party (NS) leader and MP Zoran Zivkovic said on Thursday that it is "obvious" the opposition will not go to early elections "in a single column."

He said his party is ready to participate in the parliamentary election, yet to be called, either independently or "in some natural coalition, where we won't have to explain why we're a member ."

Opposition New Party (NS) leader Zoran Zivkovic said on Tuesday there were "obvious preparations for theft in the upcoming election."

According to him, "that is why around 2,000 people have moved to (central Belgrade municipality) Vracar."

FINALLY Belgrade Waterfront cornerstone laid

16 arrested in case involving theft of PM brother's identity
