Why did the justice minister smile?
When reporters asked whether or not the interior minister would resign, the justice minister, sitting right beside him, started smiling. When I said smiling, he did not burst into laughter, but rather he sat there "with a big grin."

At least 20 killed in twin blast in Turkey's Ankara ahead of rally: Report
Two explosions shook a road junction in the center of the Turkish capital Ankara on Oct. 10, causing many casualties including fatalities, ahead of a "peace" meeting, Do?an News Agency reported.
At least 20 were killed, the agency said.
Broadcaster NTV also reported from the field that at least 10 people were killed.
CHP outlines communication strategy for snap election
