Turkish citizens will vote for June 7 polls at 112 locations abroad

Turkish citizens will head to the ballot boxes at 57 spots across Europe, in addition to 55 in other countries for the June 7 general elections, as parties hope for a larger voter turnout from abroad. 

Some 1.4 million Turkish citizens were authorized to vote in Germany, where 13 voting locations will be prepared, while France follows with 311,796 voters. 

CHP leader emphasizes economic promises at rally

Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal K?l?çdaro?lu highlighted his party's economy-focused election promises during a meeting in Turkey's western province of Afyon, where he also accused the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) of making the rich even richer over nearly 13 years of rule.

CSCI poll: Results if elections were held next Sunday: new PNL - 42 pct; PSD-UNPR-PC - 39 pct

The new National Liberal Party (made up of the former PNL - the National Liberal Party and the former PDL - Democratic Liberal Party) would collect the most votes, if parliamentary elections were to be held in Romania next Sunday, says a poll conducted by the CSCI and sent to AGERPRES.

Turkish Deputy PM accuses opposition of not supporting Kurdish peace process

Deputy Prime Minister Yalç?n Akdo?an has criticized the main opposition leader over remarks suggesting that the Republican People's Party (CHP) will only negotiate with the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) about the Kurdish peace process if the social democratic party wins the June 7 polls.
