EnvMin: There will be no leniency for lawbreakers; we will notify the General Prosecutor's Office

The Minister of Environment, Waters and Forestry, Gratiela Gavrilescu, on Friday stated in Suceava that she took notice of the suspicions signaled by the media and by the representatives of the civil society referring to Austrian company Holzindustrie Schweighofer and that she will also notify the General Prosecutor's Office, if the alleged illegalities are confirmed.

Indictment Against Hristo Biserov Returned to Prosecutor's Office

Sofia City Court has terminated the legal case against former Deputy Parliament Speaker, Hristo Biserov. The indictment has been returned to the Prosecutor's Office, as announced by the court's press service.

The reason behind the development has been violation in the description of the case. the decision can be appealed in the following seven days.
