Director of the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York Dorian Branea told AGERPRES, in an interview, that the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the institution's activity in the online environment, and this meant the identification of new ways to promote the Romanian values on the New York cultural market, but also a greater visibility, in all corners of the world.
MAE announces the repatriation of 125 Romanians who were aboard several cruise ships
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) announced on Sunday the return to the country of 125 Romanian citizens who were on cruise ships abroad. In a press release sent on Sunday to AGERPRES, MAE informs that, on Saturday evening, 45 Romanian citizens and a citizen of the Kingdom of Thailand, a family member of a Romanian citizen, returned to the country.
MAE: 306 Romanian citizens on cruise ships in North America repatriated
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) on Thursday morning informed that 306 Romanian citizens and 6 foreign - members of their families - who worked on cruise ships in North America and The Caribbean.
