Four men accused of involvement in a massacre at a Moscow concert hall that killed 137 people were remanded in custody Sunday, as Russia observed a national day of mourning following the attack claimed by the ISIL.

An explosion rocked the renowned Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, leaving 115 victims and several others injured, including five children. The tragedy unfolded during a concert, shattering the evening's festivities and sending shockwaves throughout the region.

Russia on Saturday said it had arrested 11 people — including four gunmen — over the attack on a Moscow concert hall claimed by ISIL, as the death toll rose to 133.

Questions remained Thursday over the military plane crash that Russia said had killed dozens of captured Ukrainian soldiers ahead of a planned prisoner exchange, with Moscow and Kiev trading accusations at the U.N. Security Council.

Russia has blamed Ukrainian forces for downing the IL-76 transport plane over the southern Belgorod region on Wednesday.

Russia's Investigative Committee has confirmed Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin was killed in a plane crash.

The committee said in a statement Sunday that after forensic testing, all 10 bodies recovered at the site of the crash were identified, and their identities "conform to the manifest."

The International Criminal Court said Saturday that it was "undeterred" after Russia put prosecutor Karim Khan on a wanted list over his issuance of an arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin.

The caretaker government has requested information from the services on the subject of the truck that blew up on the Crimean bridge, cabinet spokesman Anton Kutev explained to BTA.

"Inspections are carried out by both the National Security State Agency (SANS) and the Ministry of the Interior. We have to see what the results will be," Kutev pointed out.

Deputy Head of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, said that Moscow must respond to the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge.
As he said, Russia will respond by eliminating the terrorists responsible for the attack.

The governor of the Russian region of Bryansk, Alexander Bogomaz, announced yesterday that the Ukrainian forces opened fire on the village of Klimovo, which borders the north of Ukraine, not far from the city of Chernihiv.
