Stano: High-level dialogue possible when there is willingness, agenda

BRUSSELS - EU spokesperson Peter Stano said on Monday a continuation of high-level dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina was possible "any time when there is willingness to meet and when there is an agenda to discuss," adding that the EU did not speculate on any upcoming meeting.

Vucevic: SNS to request mandate to form next government

BELGRADE - Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) leader Milos Vucevic said on Monday the party would request a mandate to form the next Serbian government and that, even though it would have a majority in the new parliament, the SNS would hold talks with potential coalition partners - the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians, Bosniak parties and the Socialist Party of Serbia.

Decision to allow free movement for vehicles from Kosovo-Metohija takes effect

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The first passenger car with "RKS" licence plates on which the "RKS" designation was not covered by a sticker crossed into central Serbia at the Jarinje administrative crossing on Monday morning following the January 1 entry into force of a Serbian government decision to allow free movement for all vehicles from the territory of Kosovo-Metohija, Kosovo Online reported.

Serbian gov't aware of ODIHR mission's conclusions, awaits final report

BELGRADE - The Serbian government said on Thursday it was aware of preliminary conclusions by an ODIHR (Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) international election observation mission and added that it awaited the mission's final report on the December 17 early parliamentary elections in Serbia.
